| 摘 要： | 改革开放以来,我国高等教育管理体制几经变革,逐步形成了由中央政府统一领导、中央和省级人民政府两级管理、以省级管理为主的管理体制。我国高等教育管理体制近期内不可能有大的调整,但局部的调整却势在必行。高等教育管理体制的变革对于我们进一步深化高等教育管理体制改革具有很好的启示作用。

| Abstract: | Since the reform and opening up to the outside world ,China＇s higher education management system has changed a lot and gradually developed a management system which is performed under the unified leadership of the central government,managed by the central and provincial government and giving priority to the provincial People＇s Government. But it is imperative to adjust the current management system partly. Reform of the higher education management system have a good inspiration for us to further deepen current higher education management system. |
