| 摘 要： | 非公有制经济是我国经济基础的重要构成部分。中国共产党在探索实践中认为非公有制经济是社会主义公有制经济的补充 ;是社会主义市场经济的组成部分 ;必须毫不动摇地鼓励、支持和引导非公有制经济的发展并加以法律保护。

| Abstract: | Non-state-run economy is an important part in China. In the practice of her exploration on it, the Chinese Communist Party insists that Non-state-run economy be a supplement to socialization,and a component of socialist market economy as well. It is quite imperative to encourage, back up and guide its further growth,and to protect it by state law. |
