| 摘 要： | FDI可以促进地区性产业结构实现高度化。但是,由于FDI在区域分布中的非均衡性,使得温州尚未获得其中的利益。产业低度化、产品同构化是温州经济持续发展中需要优先解决的问题。温州利用FDI实现产业结构跨越式升级、消除发展中产业低度化瓶颈,不但是必需的,而且也是可能的。温州在引进FDI方面不具有先天优势,但这不应该成为一种思想障碍。从战略的角度看,积极创造条件利用FDI提升温州区域产业结构是一条现实的路径。

| Abstract: | FDI can promote the local industrial structure. However, due to the imbalance layout of FDI in the region, Wenzhou has not benefited from it. The essence for Wenzhou's sustainable development is to solve the problem of low level and similar structure industry. It is necessary and also possible for Wenzhou to utilize FDI to upgrade its industrial structure and eliminate the low level industry of the developing industry. Although Wenzhou does not have the superiority of introducing FDI, it should not be a thinking barrier. From the perspective of strategy, it is a practical approach to positively create environment to upgrade the industrial structure in wenzhou by utilizing FDI. |
