| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法及专家访谈法等,分析我国普通高校体育学科建设现状及主要问题.借鉴协同学理论,构建大学公共体育学科建设的管理模式,包括组织体系、运行机制、发展策略、激励机制及评价指标体系.认为:协同式管理模式适应当前教学研究型大学公共体育学科建设的发展趋势,体现较高的可行性和成效性.

| Abstract: | Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview to experts etc. it analyzed the present situation of sports discipline construction in common institutions of higher learning and major issues existed, used the theory of coordination science for reference to establish a management mode of public sports discipline construction in universities, which included organizational system, operative mechanism, strategy for development, encouraging mechanism and indicator system of evaluation. It held that the mode of coordinative management fitted in with the developing trend of public sports discipline construction in teaching and research type of university and had better feasibility and effectiveness. |
