| 摘 要： | 高职教育以培养生产、建设、管理、服务第一线所需的高等技术应用性专门人才为目标,突出实践能力的培养,而学生实践能力的培养离不开实践环节,校企共建实训基地。以企业管理模式管理实训基地,能够使学生完全按照准职业人的身份进入工作岗位,从而达到学生在校期间实践能力培养和职业养成的目标。基于此,以顺丰岭南速递实训基地为例,探讨经管类专业校内顶岗实习实践教学模式,以期促进高职人才培养质量的进一步提高。

| Abstract: | Higher vocational education aims to cultivate high-quality,practice-oriented and technical talents that are needed by production,construction,management and service industry. Students＇ practical capabilities are dependent on their practice experience and the training base co-built by the college and the enterprise. Managing the training base by the enterprise management mode enables students to work as quasi-professionals to obtain practical experience and develop their professional capabilities before graduation.Therefore,this paper,taking SF—Lingnan Express training base as an example,studies the practice teaching mode of post-internship on campus for economics and management students in order to promote the further improvement of the teaching quality of higher vocational students. |
