| 摘 要： | 对我国部分省市的省级体育社团的管理队伍现状进行调查研究,了解我国省级体育社团目前的管理人员数量、管理人员的学历结构、常务负责人的年龄结构与任职经历以及组织领导人的任命形式。运用社会学和管理学对其进行探讨,对我国省级体育社团的改革与发展提出咨询性意见。
