| Abstract: | After entering WTO, the WTO rules are now becoming a part of the rule systems in China's high education, and has also restrained our educational systems of organization in international association . According to our promise to the education service, high P.E educations are facing quite a lot of new challenges, therefore the physical training in universities has to adopt to the tendency of the present physical education development. |
