| 摘 要： | 本文采用文献研究法、数理统计法、专家访谈法对北京市青少年体育俱乐部的开展项目情况、运行模式、发展前景等进行了研究，研究结果表明：北京市98家体育俱乐部开展的运动项目中田径、篮球等为主要活动内容。北京市青少年体育俱乐部的发展模式以依托学校开展活动为主，多种发展模式并存。俱乐部的发展既要坚持社会公益性原则，又要通过市场运作来发展。加强与国际国内优秀体育俱乐部的交流和接轨，创办出具有我国特色的青少年体育俱乐部。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature reviews,mathematical statistics and interviews with experts,this paper makes an analysis on the events setting, operation model and prospects of development of 98 teenagers' sports clubs in Beijing. It is discovered that currently track and field,basketball are the major events and that the main operation pattern depends on school activities with various other operational patterns available. It is pointed out that the development of teenagers' sport clubs should insist on both the principles of social welfare and the operation of marketing, and promote more exchange programs with those high-class sports clubs home and abroad so as to establish the kind of teenagers' sports clubs with Chinese characteristics. |
