绵阳市楼盘命名的语言文化心理分析

摘    要:近年来,绵阳凭借其四川省第二大城市的有利条件,房地产业迅猛发展。在楼盘的推介营销过程中,楼盘的命名已成为创意策划的重要手段之一。本文以绵阳房地产门户——搜房网于2008年2月公布的《楼盘点击量周排行TOP100》中的100个楼盘名为主体,以其他楼盘名为参照,从语用学的角度进行一定的研究,分析绵阳楼盘名的命名特点,揭示其反映的文化取向,并探讨其中存在的规范化问题及其对策。

Abstract:Mianyang has taken advantage of being Sichuan's second largest city in terms of the real estate industry's rapid development in recent years.Moreover,the creative estate naming has become one of the most important methods in its recommended marketing process.Using the Top 100 estate naming as the main resource,announced in "the Real Estate Website Visits Per Week Situated in the TOP 100" by Sofang Web,the website of Miangyang real estate,and referring to other estate naming,the author of this article has conducted a research on the peculiarities of Mianyang's estate naming in term of pragmatics,aiming at revealing the reflection of its cultural orientation and the problems in its standardization,and finally the author has offered some possible solutions.
