| 摘 要： | 目前正在开展的教师聘任制在实施中存在着不可忽视的一些问题。为解决这些问题，本文从理论层面进行了安全式管理和危机式管理有机结合的探索，同时从实施操作角度上则提出若干可行性建议，从而进一步完善教师聘任制。

| Abstract: | There exist some difficult problems in launching teachers?engagement system at present. In order to solve them, this paper, at a theoretical level, probes into the dynamic combinations of the management in a safety model and that in a crisis model. Meanwhile, from the angel of the effectuation of the system, it also raises several feasible suggestions, the purpose of which is to further perfect the teachers?engagement system. |
