| 摘 要： | 本文根据圆柱凸轮的创成加工方法,基于Pro/E实现了圆柱凸轮的非等价加工,基于VERICUT实现了NC代码校验和数控机床运动几何干涉的检验,以及实现了NC代码进给率F的自动优化,最后通过实际加工验证,从而证明我们提出的基于Pro/E和VERICUT的圆柱凸轮非等价加工的方法是正确的。

| Abstract: | This paper presents un-equivalent machining of cylindrical cam based on Pro/E and checkout of NC codes and movement geometrical interference of NC machine based on VERICUT. We also optimized the feed of NC codes in VERICUT. The real machining experiment of cylindrical cam showed that the method of unequivalent machining of cylindrical based on Pro/E and VERICUT is correct. |
