| 摘 要： | 刑事诉讼价值是刑事诉讼程序追求的取向,刑事诉讼价值在保障实体公正中发挥着重要功能。本文以刑事诉讼价值的实现为目标取向,对影响刑事诉讼公正和法益价值的因素,结合新刑事诉讼法的精神,着力从实现刑事诉讼价值的措施的角度进行探索解析,为进一步深化刑事诉讼价值问题研究和司法实践提供一定的借鉴。

| Abstract: | the efficiency is the fundamental value of the judicial justice.At present,the growth of the criminal case,the funds and handling of litigation costs and litigation tired increasing tension,has become more and more people to pay attention to the important reasons for the efficiency of lawsuit.This paper puts forward to want to use for reference foreign plea trade principle to solve the facts are clear,evidence of the full case,so as to improve the efficiency of lawsuit.Cut to the case no justice unnecessary procedures,from system to reduce unnecessary litigation link,from law enforcement on "eliminating unnecessary delays" as improving lawsuit system,regulating the due process. |
