| 摘 要： | 遵循国家教育部在大学生人才培养方面的要求精神,结合阜阳师范学院对大学生开展课外科技活动的实践,从如何明确理解和认识课外科技活动,大学生课外科技活动的功能,如何配置课外科技活动的要素,以及实施的原则等几个方面进行了探讨,阐述大学生课外科技活动在高校人才培养中的作用:是培养学生实践能力、科学素质和创新思维的有效途径之一,是推进大学生成才的主要渠道,也是符合高校素质教育要求的组成部分。

| Abstract: | According to the requirements for college students’ cultivation from Ministry of Education,this article discusses such questions as how to understand the importance of extracurricular scientific and technological innovative activities and how to deploy the factors and follow the principles in relation to the relevant practice at Fuyang Teachers College.Then the explanation is given to the function of college students’ extracurricular scientific and technological activities for talents cultivation in colleges,which proves that these activities are effective approaches in bringing up college students’ practice ability,science diathesis and innovation ideation,these activities are the important channels to promote college students to become talents,and these activities are also the important constitutes of collegial ability education. |
