| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法、访谈法等对上海市普通高校中青年体育教师专业发展的现状进行分析，着重分析中青年体育教师的基本情况、专业态度、专业能力，找出中青年体育教师专业发展过程中存在的主要问题，并分析产生的原因，提出相应的对策。

| Abstract: | By the ways of literature study and interview, the article analyzes the status quo of the professional development of the young PE teachers in Shanghai universities, laying emphasis on the basic conditions, professional attitudes and professional ability of the young PE teachers. It aims to find out the existing major problems in the process of their professional development. The paper analyzes the relative causes and puts forward some suggestions. |
