| 摘 要： | 国家形象是国际舆论和国内民众对特定国家的物质基础、国家政策、民族精神、国家行为、国务活动及其成果的总体评价和认定。这种评价和认定,来源于主权国家的客观实在,是国家实在的主观反映。国家形象的构成要素,主要包括物质要素、精神要素和制度要素三个方面。它通过国际新闻流动,主要是国际新闻媒介的新闻和言论报道来呈现。国家形象有三个主要特点,即系统性和多维性,动态性和相对稳定性以及对内对外的差异性。只有全面把握这些特点,理清国家形象的形成机制,才能塑造出理想的国家形象。
