| 摘 要： | 在全过程、全方位的工程监理工作中，事前控制是关键性的环节。通过有效的预先防范，可以最大限度地避免不当建设行为的发生，有利于实现建设工程投资效益的最大化。在总结江苏省如皋市武定苑小区的监理工作实践的基础上，对加强监理工作中事前控制的重要性进行了阐述，并提出了具体的强化与管理措施。
