| 摘 要： | 公共体育教师岗位分类管理在体育部门发展定位及学科建设中起着基础性战略作用，体现出较强的导向性特征。以高校公共体育教师岗位分类管理为研究对象，运用文献综述、专家访谈、德尔菲、逻辑分析法等研究方法，分析总结我国高校公共体育教师师资现状及发展趋势、岗位分类政策依据、原则等，通过调查论证将高校公共体育教师分为教学岗、竞训岗、科研岗、群体岗四类并阐明各岗位职责特征及各岗位体育教师人数的占比。

| Abstract: | The public gym instructor post classification management develops in the localization and the discipline construction in the sports department is playing the foundational strategic role, manifests the strong orienting characteristic. This article take the university public gym instructor post classification management as the object of study, utilization literature research techniques and so on summary law, expert interview law, Deuel Philippines method, logical analytic method, the analysis summarizes Our country University public gym instructor teachers present situation and the trend of development, the post classification policy basis, the principle and so on, divides into through the investigation proof the university public gym instructor the teaching hillock, the teaching competes teaches the hillock, the teaching scientific research hillock, the teaching community hillock four kinds and expounded various posts characteristic and various posts gym instructor population occupies the ratio. |
