| 摘 要： | 根据击剑运动的特点和比赛对运动员心理能力的要求,采用运动心理能力诊断的方法,对运动员进行有针对性的心理咨询和心理训练。结果显示,这一方法能帮助运动员克服心理障碍,提高比赛时的心理稳定性。

| Abstract: | According to the characteristics of epee fencers and the requirements of their mental power in competitions, the authors held directed psychological consultations and mental training for the fencers. The results show that this method can help the fencers overcome their psychological disorder and improve their mental stability in competitions. |
