摘    要:如何寻找有效策略加强教学实践是师范生教学技能培养中要解决的核心问题。文章针对南京师范大学计算机师范生教学技能培养中存在的问题,借鉴国内外相关研究,利用网络技术突破教室的时空限制创建了学生自己控制节奏的教学技能训练新模式。搭建基于微视频的教学技能训练平台为加强师范生的教学实践提供了经济有效的渠道,既实现了理论学习的可持续性,也为获得多元客观的评价及进行有效反思提供了环境支持。

Platform Construction on Teaching Skills Cultivation for Normal University Students Based on the Micro-video Technology-Taking Computer Normal Major in Nanjing Normal University as an Example
Abstract:How to find effective strategies to strengthen the teaching practice is the key to solve the prob-lem in teaching skill training for normal university students. Aiming at solving the problems in the process of cultivating teaching skills for computer major in Nanjing Normal University,the paper uses the relevant re-search at home and abroad for reference and network technology to break through the limits of time and space in the classroom,and then creates a new teaching skill training mode which allows students to control their own training rhythm. The teaching skill training platform built by the micro-video technology can provide the economic and effective channels to strengthen the teaching practice for the normal university students,which not only achieves the sustainable theory learning,but also provides the environment support to obtain multiple evaluations and effective reflection.
