| 摘 要： | 实践是法律的生命。传统的法学教育缺乏师生互动，不能体现法学专业大学生学习中的主体性。加强法学实践技能训练，是现代高校法学教育的大趋势，具体地说就是对实践技能训练方式的开发、适用和检讨。
