| 摘 要： | 介绍了一种用脉冲激光焊代替电阻点焊焊接电子膨胀阀的套筒与止动器,并对可能的激光焊工艺做了实验,指出一圈焊接是保证芯轴焊后不脱落的有效焊接工艺,能满足产品焊后不变形以及不脱落技术要求。

| Abstract: | This paper introduces a new kind of skill as using pulse laser welding instead of resistance spot welding to weld the electronic expansion valves' sleeve and stop actuator,and the laser welding processes may be conducted an experiment,points out a circle connection welding is guarantee stop moving off effective after welding central rod.Pulse laser welding technology can satisfy the product after welding deformation and don't fall off,and meet the technical requirements. |
