| 摘 要： | 近几年来房地产业持续升温,各式楼盘争相浮出水面,而楼盘名称作为各种楼盘的"明信片"也越来越受到人们的重视。以首尔楼盘名称作为研究对象,首先从纵向来追溯韩国楼盘名称的历史变化。然后从横向来研究首尔楼盘名称的命名组合形式,再进行通名、专名的用词分析,以及首尔楼盘命名的语义文化分析。通过这一系列的研究最终可以使读者了解一定的韩国文化。

| Abstract: | Due to the expansion of the estate industry many kinds of the storyed buildings in various types appeared on the ground in the past few years.The names of the buildings are always used as the ＂post-cards＂ which draw people＇s adoration.In this paper the writer provides some names of the storyed buildings in Seoul the captal of the Republic of Korea for study and discussion.From the longitudinal view the names of the storyed building can traced back to the historic changes of the Republic of Korea,and then in view of the trasverse aspect the combination form of the floor names.And then the lexical analysis of the universal names and the specific names,then the semantic consideration are applied.Thus a series of study of names of buildings we can understand the Korean culturein a certain degree. |
