| 摘 要： | 满清入关前未设立太监制度,入关后顺治朝始设,康、雍、乾、嘉、道五朝不断完善之。他们不断地提高对太监的认识,加强对太监的管理,对犯法违规太监制定了一系列严密的惩罚制度及则例,其中某些惩罚措施在今天看来有其落后性和残酷性,不过总体上这些惩罚制度及则例连同其他的管理制度,起到了防范宦官乱政的预期效果,从而使封建专制主义皇权得以有效运转。

| Abstract: | Qing Dynasty sets up eunuch system yet enter the centra of china, Shunzhi start sets it up , then Kangxi, Yongzheng,Qianlong, Jiaqing, Daoguang these five dynasties are improving it constantly. They are improving the understanding of eunuch , strengthen the management of the eunuch, the eunuch in violation of rules and regulations has made a series of tight punishment systems and laws, among them some punishment measures have its lagging behind nature and cruel in today's view, in generally, these systems together with other management systems , get the nticipated result of taking precautions against eunuchs haphazard policy, make the imperial power of feudal despotism operate effectively. |
