| 摘 要： | 随着中国网络的深入发展，互操作性已成为系统设计的必然要求，本首先给出了国内网络教育的现状和开燕尾服新的网络教育需求分析，进行了分析了建立新型网络教育系统框架的关键要求，给出了其有序集成在一起的主要组成部分，最后介绍了通过XML技术来实现新型网络教育系统的益处。
