摘    要:随着Web2.0等信息技术的推广与深入应用,信息化教学资源的建设已逐渐走入建设的"高原期",成为提升教学质量的焦点与瓶颈。走出教学资源建设的"高原期"、突破停滞与徘徊,需要加强资源的教育性、技术性和可获取性,以生态、再生、空间、服务、文化等观念为发展理念,按照"共享-共建-共生-共知"的建设路径,打造学校信息化教学的门户社区、资源中心、服务体系及创新环境,从而建立"适应且和谐的机制、高质而丰富的资源、人本而共益的应用"的资源建设与管理体系。

Abstract:With the development of such information technology as web 2.0,and its wide and profound application in education,the construction of IT-based teaching resources has gradually entered the "plateau period" and become the focus and bottleneck in improving teaching quality.To break through the stagnation and hesitation of the "plateau period",It is necessary to enhance the educational feature,technical feature and accessibility of resources,hold to such development concepts as ecology,regeneration,space,service and culture,follow the route of "sharing,co-construction,symbiosis,and co-understanding",and build e-teaching community portals,resource centers,service systems and innovative milieu,so as to establish a resource construction and management system with adaptable and harmonious mechanism,abundant and high quality resources,and humanistic and interest-sharing applications.
