| 摘 要： | 目前高校在《管理学》课程教学上存在一些问题，应该结合课堂式教学和讲坛式教学各自的优缺点，利用“课堂为主、讲坛为辅”的教学模式较好地改进《管理学》课程的教学效果。实现此教学模式高校需要采取的对策为：1．设置专业课教学环节的讲坛式教学要求；2．推行大专业背景下的多模块专业教学方式，实行多元化的课程考核方式；3．加强教师的专业素质培养，严把专业课程教学的教师遴选关；4．借助信息技术提高学生的课堂参与，改善师生关系。
