| 摘 要： | 本实验用卫氏并殖吸虫囊蚴实验感染长爪沙鼠结果如下:每只沙鼠感染15—30只囊蚴20—32天后,在其胸腔、腹腔、肝和肌肉等处回收到卫氏并殖吸虫大型童虫。虫体总回收率为31.3%(154/495),虫体主要分布在沙鼠腹腔44.2%(68/154),胸腔26.0%(40/154)等处.

| Abstract: | The results of the experimentsl infection of the Meriones unguiculatus with Paragonimus werter mani metacercariae are as follows: 20-32 days after the infection with 15-30 metacercariae,largezized juverile worms of P.westermani were recovered from every gerbil in its abdominal cavity,thoracic cavity,liver,mus cle,etc.The over—all recovery of worm was 31.3%(154/495).The distribution of worm was 44.2(68/154)in the abdominal cavity and 26%(40/154)in the thoracic cavity of gerbils,etc. |
