| 摘 要： | 分析了武汉市水资源水环境现状，指出其存在江河水质下降，湖泊富营养化严重等问题，提出了武汉市水资源水环境利用与保护的主要对策措施．文章认为，严禁填占湖泊，利用湿地生态工程治理湖泊富营养化，江湖连通、以水治水，节约用水以及加快汉江武汉段的治理等是实现武汉水资源持续利用和水环境保护的基本措施和途径．

| Abstract: | This essay analyses the present situation of water resources and environment in Wuhan, Hubei province and points out some serious problems such as the declining of water quality of rivers and lake eutrophication and then puts forward some fundamental of sustained usage of water resources and of protection of water environment. |
