| Abstract: | Hurdle run is a difficult part in normal institute track and field technical teaching. In order to help the students have a better command of hurdle run techniques within the limited teaching periods,the authors study teaching procedures,difficult and important points of hurdle run technical teaching. Explanation,demonstration, simulation are used to study methods of practicing run hurdle,hurdle run and rhythms between the hurdles. |
