| 摘 要： | 知识管理实施的难点是隐性知识的显化与管理问题.本文应用Web2.0的思想与技术,引入SOA技术架构,提出面向服务的知识管理系统4层模型,优化知识管理系统的体系结构与功能;采用开源工具,阐述了基于Web2.0的知识管理系统的实现思路与关键技术.
