| 摘 要： | 泰罗制将人类的管理思想从抽象的经验管理发展到具体科学的标准化管理,而人本管理则是一种把人作为管理活动的核心和组织的最重要的资源,围绕人的行为和需求来进行管理的模式.实施人本管理与科学管理有机结合的模式是当代图书馆发展的需要,实施科学管理与"人本管理"有机结合的策略,将有力地推动图书馆事业和谐、稳健地发展.参考文献6.

| Abstract: | Taylor developed the human management concept from abstract empirical management to concrete scientific standardized management, thus humane management is a model to take human being as the core of management activities and the most important resource of its organization and to manage centering on the behavior and demand of human being. Implementing the model combining the humane management with the scientific management is the development need of contemporary libraries, implementing the strategy combining the humane management with the scientific management will effectively drive the harmonious, steady development of librarianship. |
