| 摘 要： | 高校系部是高校培养人才的一线单位,高校各专业的课程设置、教学大纲的拟订、教学计划与任务书的实施、学生的成绩都在系部进行,因此,高校系部档案管理绝不是可有可无的,它是高校管理工作的重要组成部分,是对一个系历史与现实工作的反映和记录,对高校的持续和发展起着很大的作用。

| Abstract: | The office of the department in the university is the front line for training students.The work for setting up courses, making up syllabus, making teaching plan and prospectus, recording the students' scores are done in the office of the departments.So the management of documents in the office of the departments is an important part of the administration of the university.It shows and records the history and current work of the departments, and contributes greatly to the development of the university. |
