| 摘 要： | 本文从人口文化素质、劳动力资源文化素质、人力资源产业分布、城乡分布等方面分析了陕西人口素质状况 ,并运用劳动简化模型测定从业人员文化素质提高对陕西经济贡献率 1982年— 1990年为 2 7.13% ,1990年成— 2 0 0 0年为 30 .0 8% ,1982年— 2 0 0 0年为 2 9.5 1%。

| Abstract: | This essay attempts to analyze the condition of shaanxi population quality in terms of the quality of population culture, labour resources, distribution of labour power and urbans and surburbs, and so on. And also applying the simplified labour model test to examining the rate of contribution to shaanxi economy according to the qualification of employees. The rates are the following; 27 13% from year 1982 to year 1990; 30 08% from 1990 to 2000; 29 51% from 1982 to 2000. |
