| 摘 要： | 高校管理队伍是高等学校的一支重要队伍，在高等学校的建设与发展中发挥着重要作用。管理信息化作为教育信息化的重要组成部分，使高校管理业务的分工发生了变化，对管理人员的心理产生了影响，对管理人员的道德建设提出了新的要求，同时也促进了管理人员的学习提高。
