| 摘 要： | 针对学校体育在实施素质教育中的地位、作用、存在的问题以及改革对策等方面,进行了较深入的研究。提出学校体育在素质教育中要充分发挥其作用所必须进行的改革內容:在全民中开展体育意识教育;转变学校领导办学思想,把重“智”轻“体”真正落实到德、智、体全面发展上来;不断提高对学校体育卫生工作重要性的认识,以保证两个《条例》真正落到实处;加强体育教学改革,注重培养终身体育现;建立以增强体质、增进健康实效为中心的成绩考试制度;全面推行初中升学体育考核制;增加学校体育投资;加强师资培养和培训。

| Abstract: | In view of the status and function of School P.E. in the implementation of students' quality education, the author points out the problems and some reformative countermeasures. Specifically the reform that must be carried out goes as follow: to launch a self-conscious P.E. drive among all the country; to convert traditional educational ideology at school; to turn the old notion of emphasizing intellectual knowledge acquiring but overlooking Physical Education into an all-round development of students' moral character, intellegence and athletic ability; to study and propagate the two regulations issued by State Education Commission; to enhance the reform of P.E. and form in people's mind a lifelong P.E. awareness; to establish an efficient testing system with strengthening physiques and improving health as its motive and final destination; to enlarge investment upon school P.E.; and, finally to strengthen the cultivation and training of teaching personal. |
