| 摘 要： | 青年劳动精神涵养实干品格、砥砺奋斗意志、成就时代新人,对于新时代社会的发展尤为重要。当前我国存在的青年劳动意识欠缺、教育单位育人手段单一、用人单位评价手段相对片面、整体劳动氛围较为浮躁等现象,影响了青年劳动精神的培育。要更好地培育青年劳动精神,需要青年自身树立劳动意识、提升劳动素质;需要用人单位改进工作机制、改善管理思维;需要全社会崇尚劳动、形成劳动光荣的文化氛围。

| Abstract: | It is particularly important for the development of the new era that the youth labor spirit cultivates the character of practical work,sharpens the will of struggle,and achieves the new generation of the times.At present,there are some problems in our country,such as the lack of labor consciousness of young people,the single means of employing education units,the relatively one-sided evaluation means of employing units,and the impetuous overall working atmosphere.These phenomena affect the cultivation of youth labor spirit.In order to better cultivate the youth s labor spirit,the youth need to establish labor consciousness and improve labor quality,the employing units need to improve the working mechanism and management thinking,and the whole society needs to advocate labor and form a glorious cultural atmosphere. |
