| 摘 要： | 管理是生产力要素组合的粘接剂。当代管理学对人性的假设由经济人、社会人、决策人假设向复杂人转变，因而，管理的理念正在发生根本性的变革，促使管理从科学管理和人际关系管理，向人性化管理转化。由此，探讨和研究人性化管理问题，不失为增强企业管理职能的一个重要途径。

| Abstract: | Administration is the adhesive of essential factors of production.In modern administration,the assumption of a person has changed fromeconomic person,social person and decision maker to a more cpm-lex one.Thus,the idea od adminstration is changing radically,and this drives administration to transfer from scientific administration and interpersonnal administration to humanized adminstration.Find a way to carry out the humanized administration is an important approach to strenghten the enterprise administration. |
