| 摘 要： | 采用逻辑分析、文献资料调研等方法 ,对我国足球运动员收入过高或增长过快、俱乐部亏损的现象进行了分析。结果表明 :由于存在体制缺陷 ,大多数俱乐部的组织租金并非自己创造出来的 ,而是由投资方转移而来的 ,球员依据其自身专有性的稀缺程度确定分享组织租金。提出了建立民营化产权制度 ,并进行有效保护的建议。

| Abstract: | By using the method of logical analysis, literature and investigation, this article makes an analysis on the phenomena of soccer player's income increasing too fast and club's deficit severity. The result shows that as the deficiency of system, most club cannot create their rent, and it is transferred from other inverter. Players share the club rent according to the rare degree of their specialty. Based on it, the author puts forward some suggestions that build new system of property right such as privately owned system and make an effective protection. |
