| 摘 要： | 应用心理学专业的改革势在必行。应用心理学专业的培养目标概括起来,就是以知识发展为基础,以反思性实践活动为中介,以促进五种能力发展为核心,最终实现学生素质的全面提升。改革中除了加强教师队伍建设和实验室、实习基地建设以外,在教学环节中应采取以下措施：优化课程设置、挖掘教学内容、改革教学方法、加强实践环节、重视过程评价。

| Abstract: | Reforms in the Specialty of Applied Psychology ave imperative under the situation.The training goal of this specialty can be summarized as "considering knonledge developmert as the basis,reflective practice activities as the medium,promoting the development of five abilities as the core,and achieving all-around development of students' qualities as the ultimate goal.Following measures should be taken in teaching: optimizing curriculum design,digging up teaching contents,reforming teaching methods,strengthening practice,and attaching importance to formative assessment. |
