| 摘 要： | 教育现代化的实质，是以整个社会的现代化需要为动力，以社会文化的全部最新成就武装教育各个层面，使教育具备适应和促进整个社会现代化的能动力量。作者选取联合国教科文组织《世界教育报告》等权威数据，对中国和天津教育现代化指标与“世界中等发达国家”教育现代化指标平均值进行比较、测算中国、天津相关指标达标度，分析指出天津教育现代化的比较优势和弱势项目，提出天津市教育现代化的相关策略。

| Abstract: | The essence of education modernization is to promote the overall progress of the whole society modernization, armed with the latest achievements of all fields of social culture. The author exacts authoritative data from the World Education Report issued by UNESCO, comparing the average education index of China, Tianjin with that of the developed countries. By analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of all sides, the author has come up with effective strategies to boost the process of Tianjin education modernization. |
