| 摘 要： | 针对高校图书馆在院校教育、社会发展上所起的重要作用，主要研究了高校图书馆信息服务评价的基本原则和主要指标。先从文献数量、内容质量、组成质量和使用质量四个方面，对图书馆文献资源评价，并给出了详细的一、二级评价指标。然后从自动化服务能力和图书咨询服务两方面，详细分析了图书馆信息服务工作的评价。

| Abstract: | In view of an important role that the college libraries play in the education, the social development and so on, this paper mainly studies the basic principles and the major targets for the college hbrary information service. It first evaluates library document resources from four aspects of the hterature quantity, the content quality, the composition quality and the use quality, giving in detail the first-level, the second-level evaluating indicator. And then it analyzes library information service work evaluation from two aspects of automation serviceability and books advisory service. |
