| 摘 要： | 对于一个民族而言，文化是激发凝聚力和创造力的重要源泉，是决定一个国家综合国力竞争的重要因素。激发全民族文化创造活力，提高国家文化软实力，是对文化软实力的战略地位和重要作用的新认识、新论断。文化软实力作为一个国家综合国力的重要组成部分，在社会、经济的发展和政治等方面都发挥着重大的功能：促进社会、经济健康发展的功能；社会整合功能；教育塑造功能；政治合法性功能。文化软实力是国家和民族生存发展的重要保证，是民族振兴的重要支撑，以文化形态为主的软实力已然成为当今时代国家间实力消长的决定性因素之一。

| Abstract: | Culture is an important factor to stimulate the cohesion and creativity of a nation. It determines the competition of comprehensive national power of a nation. A new understanding and argument of the strategic position and functions of cultural soft power is to stimulate the cultural creativity of the whole nation and to improve the cultural soft power of the nation. Cultural soft power, as an important part of the comprehensive national power, plays a deciding role in the social. , economic and political development of a nation. It functions as promoting the social integration, the education, political legitimacy, and the healthy development of society and economy. It guarantees the survival and development of a nation and supports the national revival. Cultural soft power based on cultural patterns has become a decisive factor in the competition between different countries of the world. |
