| 摘 要： | 农民教育关系到我国新农村建设的成败，提高农民受教育的程度有利于增加农民收入，可使农村剩余劳动力得以顺利转移，缓解农村就业压力，并能有力促进农村各项事业的发展。政府应积极加大农民教育专项资金投入，增强政府主体责任意识，建立健全各种管理机制，提供全方位的农民教育培训、就业服务体系，正确定位自己的角色。

| Abstract: | Farmer education relates to the success or failure of the construction of new countryside in China. Improving farmers＇ level of education is conducive to increasing farmers＇ income, and can help make a smooth transfer of rural surplus labor. It can also remit the pressure on employment in rural areas and effectively promote the development of various undertakings in rural areas. The government should actively increase the special funding of farmer education, raise the awareness of the government＇s main responsibility, establish and improve various management mechanisms, provide a full range of farmer education and the employment service system, and properly define its roles in farmers＇ education. |
