| 摘 要： | 高等教育考试是高等教育制度的一个重要方面,充分发挥学业考试的功能,对提高高校的教学质量,促进高校的进一步发展有着重要的意义.而高校的学业考试是检测高等教育教学质量的一种手段,抓学业考试就是抓教学质量.在全面、客观地认识高等学校学业考试功能的基础上,通过对高等学校学业考试过程管理中存在问题的研究与分析,建立和完善电子试题库,严格实行教考分离;具体、细化考试过程,加强系级考试管理规范化;取消补考制度,建立重修制度,有利于高校形成良好的学、教氛围,对推进高等教育改革、提高教学质量,都有十分重要的作用.

| Abstract: | The examination is an important aspect in Higher education system.It is of great significance to improve University's teaching quality,promote its development and to give fully play to the function of academic examination.Since the examination is a means to check on the teaching quality,to be strict in academic examination attaches importance to teaching quality.Based on considering the function of academic examination of higher education comprehensively and objectively,the author considers and analyzes the problems which exist in managing the problems which exist in managing the process of higher education.We should establish and prefect electron test paper store-house,carry out separating teaching and examination strictly.It's of great significance to concretize and precise the process of examination, standardize and management between each department.It's important to abolish make-up examination system and establish re-study regulation while establishing regulation.It's beneficial to form good learning and teaching atmosphere and push the higher education reformation,promoteteaching quality. |
