| 摘 要： | The paper makes a brief introduction to Ernest Hemingway and examines his short story In Another Country to revisit Hemingway’s code hero concept. In Hemingway’s world, God has gone. The heroes in his stories, however, hold tightly to their own principles, striving for meaning in a meaningless world.
