| 摘 要： | 通过对省内师范院校英语教育专业学生学习现状的调查探究,结合省内中小学单位招聘教师的实际要求,揭示河南省内师范院校英语教育专业学生教学技能水平不足的方面,从而提出进一步提高学生教学技能的方法与途径,提高高校的教学质量,并在一定程度上促进学生的就业。

| Abstract: | A survey has been carried out on how majors in English education manage their studies in normal universities of Henan province.And according to the recruiting demands of some primary and middle schools,there exist some problems of students'teaching competence.So some methods will be given to improve the teaching quality of universities and help the students find a good job at some extent. |
