| Abstract: | Henry James is a famous Psychological Realist novelist.Daisy Miller is one of his early works,and its great success benefits from vivid characters he has created.This paper studies the specific application of conversational implicature in Daisy Miller.It is expected that the charm of the characters' conversation can be appreciated,and the personality of those characters can be found,so that to have a better understanding of this work. |
