摘    要:针对高校毕业生面对就业的压力和困惑,本文从营销的角度分析了如何让毕业生体现出自身的水平,获得用人单位的认同,进一步在大学学习中该怎样树立学习目标和踏实实践,增强就业时的核心竞争力。

Abstract:This paper is directed against the graduates who are in the face of employment. The paper mainly analyses from marking point of view that how to let graduates embody their cultural and scientific level, meet with employing units' approval. Finally, the author advances that college students should establish the goal of study when they entrance college and put the goal into practice consciously, then the key competitiveness is strengthened while applying for jobs.
