| 摘 要： | 顶岗实习中的临时党组织管理模式主要是为了解决高职院校学生党员在顶岗实习期间,暂时脱离学校的基层党组织的管理,无法参加党组织活动,而且因为还没有毕业,无法加入单位党组织的这段＂真空时期＂的管理。让学生在企业生产一线暂时加入单位的基层党组织或者成立临时党小组,和学校的学科专业党支部通过网络取得联系,保持沟通,可以促进学生党员与单位的交流和自身的成长。

| Abstract: | The mode of practice of temporary party organization management of the substituted post exercitation is mainly help to solve the problem of student party members in higher vocational college,who can＇t take part in party activities before graduation,and can＇t participate in unit party organization in the management of this period.Students＇ participation in basic-level party organization or transition group in enterprises,getting in touch with the school party branch through the network of academic disciplines,can promote the growth of student party members and communicate with the unit. |
