| 摘 要： | 开展社区教育,扶助弱势群体,是促进教育与社会的衔接与协调发展,是构建我国终身教育体系、建设学习型社会的重要途径,是构建和谐社会的基石。着眼于当前社会关注的弱势群体问题与社会和谐的矛盾形势下,对社区教育中如何扶助弱势群体进行了探讨,指出要立足社区,从文化、机制、实践三个层面展开。

| Abstract: | Developing community education and helping disadvantaged groups are important ways to promote coordinated development of education and the society,to construct the lifelong education system and build a learning-oriented society as well as the cornerstone to establish the harmonious society.The paper put emphasis on the social concerns: contradictions between the disadvantaged groups and the social harmony and discussed how to help them from three community-based aspects of culture,mechanism and practice. |
